Wholly Biblical produces resources that put Scripture first and foremost in the hearts and hands of the church—not the words of men. Resources in the very words of Scripture.
Scripture Translation
Because the amount of Scripture quotes we use in our resources exceeds most, if not all, Bible translation copyrights, the resources by Wholly Biblical use the WEB (public domain) translation in order to ensure copyright laws are adhered to. Our choice translations would be the LSB, NASB95, and/or NKJV. Where needed for accuracy purposes, we will use one of our preferred translations and notate accordingly. Unless otherwise noted, all Scripture quoted is from the WEB.
General Beliefs
1. Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable. “Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that each person who belongs to God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
2. There is no God but one.“Therefore concerning the eating of things sacrificed to idols, we know that there is no such thing as an idol in the world, and that there is no God but one.” (1 Corinthians 8:4, NAS95)
“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.” (2 Corinthians 13:14, NAS95)
3. God made men upright, but they have sought out many devices. “”Behold, I have found only this, that God made men upright, but they have sought out many devices.”” (Ecclesiastes 7:29, NAS95)
“for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” (Romans 3:23, NAS95)
4. There is salvation in none other. “be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. He is ‘the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.’ There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”” (Act 4:10-12)
“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23, NAS95)
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9, KJV)
5. He is coming. “Behold, he is coming with the clouds, and every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all tribes of the earth will wail on account of him. Even so. Amen.” (Revelation 1:7, ESV)
“so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.” (Hebrews 9:28, ESV)
